Custom Orders
If you should see one of our
Old Master backdrops, but require a different shade, additional
color, etc., please let us know and we will do what we can to
accommodate you.
Please be aware that because
of the nature of custom orders they are likely to take longer than a
regular order. Several factors must be considered such as size,
previous experience with the style and unfamiliarity with painting
color blending.

Buyer may refuse insurance at
own risk. Seller not responsible for uninsured shipments. Although
it does not happen often, damages to backdrops during shipping does
occur.
Texas orders are subject to a
7.875% sales tax rate.
Canvas Textured Backdrops:
All 68" backdrops are
rolled and shipped in a 68" x 4" shipping tube, perfect
for storage and ready for photographs. 7.5' backdrops are rolled and
shipped in a 94" x 4" tube and ready for use. Buyer may
pay actual shipping charges, USPS priority or ground upon request.
Muslin Backdrops:
All Designer, Classic,
Natural, White and Black Muslins are shipped domestically and
internationally in an appropriate sized box. Buyer may pay actual
shipping charges, USPS priority or ground upon request.
International:
International shipments
exceeding 66" for all Old Master Canvas textured backdrops, may
be folded down the middle and rolled to minimize possible creases.
We suggest you consider our foldable Muslin Backdrops instead.
International shipments subject to international shipping
guidelines.
